Ensures program operates within budget and that program fees are collected Develops strategies to motivate staff and achieve goalsĭevelops, manages and controls budgets related to the position. Recruits, hires, trains and supervises the site coordinator, site personnel, camp counselors and other staff, and volunteers Monitors daily camp operations to adhere to all state, local, YMCA and ACA health and safety regulationsĮxpands program within the community in accordance with strategic and operating plans Ensures high quality programming and establishes new program activities using a STEAM modelĮnsures compliance with all EEC Regulations, Policies and Procedures. Manages, directs and coordinates the Out-of-School Time and summer camp programs for assigned location. Strong coordinating and organizational skillsģ-5 years related experience preferred, as a Program Administrator within a licensed child care programsįulfillment of EEC and COA hiring standards and completion of YMCA Team Leader Certification Must be able to work independently as well as in teams Special knowledge and skills requirements Admin, marketing diploma or degree will be an advantage Manage design team interactions for marketing materials/course brochures Regular communication with SL point persons for population of SL offerings Manage the registration/attendances/pre and post course communications with the target audience Market the EY Business School program to target audiencesĪdvertise courses and solicit expressions of interest Manage the training requirements for EYCL participants, eg, for Event App Technology Manage the relationship with Event App Technology Provider as well as their deliverablesĮstablish, communicate and manage the broad standards for EYCL courses/events/other offerings, quality and delivery parameters Manage the EY Business School Program Website (including the Events Calendar)
